Saddled off the main 110mm hdpe line outside the building and assembled the shut-off valves, strainer, non return valve and adjustable pressure control valve, all with flanges for easy disassembly when and if performing future maintenance.

We are immensely blessed to be a part of this massive production building in Paarl. Busy with a bulk water heating system and reticulation lines with separate hot water rings for multiple areas in the building. We have to ensure a constant temperature for demand valves at fixtures for ease of use and water saving.

Got some solar water heating panels on the roof for a hybrid water heating system. Solar thermal preheats the water. Blending valve only allows 55°c water through for scolding safety, and then gas geysers near points of use boosts water to 60°c for a nice economical hot water delivery.

We have saved so much time and frustration since using @superstoprsa for our 2nd fixes. Plaster too thick, traditional stop ends tiled closed, no problem anymore. Screw out, and you're left with a clean opening to extend female thread or get your shower arm in.

Much easier to make sure your taps, mixers, spouts, shower arms, and angle valves are nice, plumb and square.

Tempering valve allows constant 43°c through ring to each draw off point around a portion of the facility.

Because of the sheer size of the facility, another two systems will follow shortly.
